My Experience with Inventus Media

Inventus Media is a full-service media agency that goes beyond surface-level solutions to uncover real business impact. Focused on generating value, new leads, and measurable revenue growth, Inventus Media takes a deeply collaborative approach, immersing itself in each client’s marketing ecosystem to understand what’s working, what’s not, and what opportunities are being missed. From traditional advertising to emerging platforms, Inventus builds comprehensive communications strategies rooted in research, creativity, and performance.

One of my first major projects involved supporting the production of a national advertising campaign for a tech product in the AI space. I contributed both on-location in New York City where I assisted with filming outside the New York Stock Exchange and in a professional studio setting in Miami where I assisted in on set tasks and shooting behind the scenes content for client use on social media platforms. This gave me hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of commercial production and deepened my understanding of how creative teams operate under pressure. In addition to this, I also assisted in contributing to visual brand assets by creating and formatting logos and motion graphics for use across web, video, and presentations. These design elements were tailored for versatility and ensured consistency across digital touchpoints.

On July 2024, we sought to drive traffic to the platform by a cross media campaign using Univision’s coverage of the Copa America soccer tournament. My role was to manage paid social media activity for the activation as part of my internship at Inventus Media, the agency managing AngelAi’s media. We spent $150,000 across X, YT, Instagram and Reddit. Our buys generated over 46m impressions at a CPM of $3.26 vs the plan of $5. More importantly, the traffic to the AngelAi landing page spiked at 100,000 people per minute in the period following the campaign. The posts I managed also generated organic traffic of 75m impressions during the campaign.

Beyond production, I was tasked with supporting Inventus Media’s distribution and outreach strategy. Specifically, I conducted in-depth research to compile an organized database of local FOX television stations across the U.S sourcing and verifying contact information, even when it wasn’t readily available. This research was essential for preparing our clients ads for broader distribution and reinforced my ability to navigate large-scale communications projects with accuracy and efficiency.

I also had the opportunity to contribute to marketing efforts for The Solitaire Group, a luxury real estate company based in India. My primary role involved editing and refining their pitch deck, ensuring it was visually polished, professionally formatted, and effectively communicated their brand narrative. This experience allowed me to blend creativity and strategy while aligning the visuals with high-end real estate standards.

Working with Inventus Media taught me how to move fluidly between creative and strategic roles—how to shoot and edit compelling content, produce assets that support campaign objectives, and ensure every visual or document meets a high standard of design and intent. These experiences continue to inform my work in media and marketing today.
